A four-day lucid dreaming & psychonavigation retreat · Ashland, Oregon · January 14-17th, 2027
Four days of lucidity training, Psychonavigation™, drumming journeys, and ceremony with the plant allies - held in person, in a sacred container.
Every night your psyche delivers profound insight and the answers to your deepest questions. However, for most of us those messages are gone by morning. This retreat is built to catch them: a small circle, four unhurried days, drumming and movement to open the body, an evening in ceremony with the plant allies, and a space designed to help you get lucid, stay lucid, and navigate what you find - with real preparation before you arrive and real integration once you're home.

Each day builds on the last - the way a dream sign becomes a key, a state check becomes a habit, and a habit becomes a doorway into lucidity. Nothing here is rushed, including what happens before you arrive and after you leave.
We arrive, settle into the space, and open the circle. You'll set both a dream intention and a ceremonial intention for the retreat, walk through what preparation has asked of you in the weeks leading in, and move through a sunset embodiment and dance session before the first night's shared dreaming ritual.
Morning tea dream circle: we compare notes on the night's shared dreaming attempt. Then we get technical with Psychonavigation™ training - reality checks, dream sign mapping, and induction method - followed by an afternoon shadow work study and drumming journeys to really prepare for what might arise and be able to hold it with skill.
A quieter morning tea circle, then rest, journaling, and final preparation through midday. In the afternoon, the circle moves into ceremony with the plant allies, held within Oregon's licensed, legal framework and guided by state-licensed facilitators - the retreat's deepest journey.
The final day is given entirely to integration - a tea circle built to help ceremony settle into something usable, not just something that happened to you. We close with a group circle, a take-home integration plan, and time to say goodbye before departure.
What's Held in the Circle
Each morning opens the same way - tea, low light, and a circle where the night's dreams get spoken out loud before the day can talk you out of them.
Reality checks, dream sign mapping, and induction technique, taught through Nisha and Norma's method for consciously moving through inner and dream space.
Guided journeys held by the drum - rhythm and breath used to open the body and the group's shared field ahead of deeper ceremony.
An evening in ceremony, held within Oregon's licensed, legal framework and guided by state-licensed facilitators. The retreat's deepest and most closely held journey.
A guided group incubation ritual on our first night, where the whole circle sets out to meet inside the same dream - and compares notes by morning.
The Container
Expanded consciousness is a threshold state, and thresholds (dream or ceremonial) need the right conditions. We've built this retreat's container the way you'd build a ritual: with intention.
Norma's powerful trauma healing and shadow integration methodology that has led thousands of people through to complete healing of habitual patterns and shadow wounds. At the core of everything we do this system helps to hold what arises in a safe and skillful way.
Open floor space for daily embodiment, dance, and drumming work, separate from where we sleep and talk.
Calming blends served at every morning circle, before ceremony, and through integration.
A communal space for the objects, drawings, and notes each dreamer brings out of the night - and out of ceremony.
Held By
A mother and daughter team with thirty-plus years of combined dreamwork between them, teaching side by side. Norma brings decades of depth work and retreat-holding experience; Nisha bridges it into the language of lucid dreaming, Psychonavigation™, and the body.
Preparation & Integration
Four days can open a lot. We hold the weeks on either side of them just as carefully.
